There are other rescue organizations and rescuers. I rally behind Niall because his focus on mass sterilization is long term solution. Adopting, fostering and rehoming cannot solve street dog population. There is still lack of awareness in countries like Thailand, India, Nepal, etc. Street dogs cannot wait for human’s awareness. They are struggling and the only way to minimize their suffering is sterilization.

Meeting you in Boston was a great honor, Niall! As I stood in line with the hundreds of your devoted followers, I heard stories of how you have inspired others to rescue. I spoke with a lovely woman who flew in from Minnesota just to meet you to ask for your counsel in helping her with dog rescue in Lebanon! You were so kind, encouraging and helpful to her. When it was my turn to meet you, I was blown away by your kindness and charm. Those precious minutes will be with me forever! Be well, I know you will continue to do great things—and we will be supporting you! P.S. Your Tina book is awesome! ❤️

I remember Tina when you first found her, the sad little face just left, I remember you sitting with her on a drip and opening my phone to see if she was still going!

The fight and grace and beauty she had in her was astounding.

You’ve done her proud 💛🎾🎾

You'll be the one that needs to decompress when you get home.

You owe us nothing - not any of your time; not any explanations or justifications for anything you do or don't do.

Your post reminded me to purchase Tina's (& Niall's ) book. I'm working toward leaving Happy Doggo and Tina my estate. I may not be able to do much, but I hope to at least help with a ripple. Happy sobriety to us all, Niall. 💜

Me, too! I live in the U.S. and most of my estate (as it is) is earmarked for Best Friends Animal Society, but I have faith that no matter how long I live, Niall and Happy Doggo will outlive me. So I feel compelled to leave some $$ to them, as well. No one more deserving than those in animal rescue ❤️.

I love the way you never waste a minute! Few people could put together such a powerful piece of writing while in the midst of such an exhausting and demanding journey. You have ensured Tina's place in history and you are quite a legend yourself! It was great to meet you in Dublin. Good luck with the final leg of your travels! You and Happy Doggo deserve every success.

Wow, Niall you must be exhausted! But what an incredible global roadshow you have done! I’m in tears reading this article. I’ve followed you on Instagram since almost the beginning and contribute each month to help (in a small way) to fund the work that you and your team do at Happydoggo. Thank you so much for all that you do. Tina lives on in so many people’s hearts thanks to you. I wish you a safe journey back home to Thailand x

Amazing work and you turned 70% into 1000%. I have been job hunting for 5 months, finally got a job offer and decided to celebrate it by buying the book to show support. The best gift and the way to celebrate there ever was!

Lost my Bear a month ago. Broken. So unfair. I don’t know how you have the strength to do what you do. Dealing with the sadness and lows alongside the happier times. Please mind to take some time for yourself sir - you are looking skinny and tired if you don’t mind me saying so - we all need you fit and healthy mister! Strength to your elbow

I lost my little guy, Rudy, 2 months ago and I’m just beyond gutted. I’m in awe of Niall and Sybille and all the others who willingly take on the constant heartbreak for the sake of the dogs. They have driven me to start fostering senior dogs, after I get settled where I’m moving to soon.

You are loved around the world Niall . . . your mission and kindness resonates with so many people, it is staggering. Tina set off a firestorm for all of us needing something to hold onto while the world is spinning a bit out of control. If we could all "pay it forward" in just some way, no matter how small the gesture is, we all win. You are an example of that. Tina was the vehicle to make us aware there is so much more to give and do in this world. She will live on in our hearts forever ❤️.
