Niall I took the time to go back to the start of your sub stack posts to follow the story of the dogs you are helping from the beginning. It so obvious from there how much you have done since you started but I am worried about the pace you change & increase your goal posts/targets, and the accompanying stress it puts you under. Do not underestimate how far you have come and I know you want to save every dog in the world but take time to rest & reflect positively on your achievements. Your health is key to this venture. Thanks for everything you do.

You truly are on a mission Niall. I have followed you for a long time and am always humbled reading what you do for the dogs you encounter. To see those come on the land broken and then restored as they get the care they need - including the love from you and your friends. I look forward to seeing what the future brings. So happy Hope and Rodney are having their own homes along with a few others like squeak. Truly one person CAN make a difference as you have shown. Please mind yourself and take time out to rest ❤️❤️🐶🐕🐾❤️❤️❤️

Hi Niall. Thank you for the updates. I love seeing how your dogs are thriving and reading about the likes of Tina, Hope, Rodney and Mr Derek are faring, and whilst I get upset at the cruelty that many of the dogs on the island suffer, the most important thing you do is the feeding and sterilising.

It is the natural order of things that dogs (and all animals) will mate and produce young, even if they themselves are underweight under nourished and suffering. It is therefore so uplifting to read about these numbers, as only through a sustained programme of sterilisation can the issue be resolved. I admire you, your fortitude, your determination and above all your care. I hope you are able to have some time for yourself, to heal and relax, to be at one with your world. I wish I could help physically, but Scotland is a long way from Thailand alas. I’ll continue to be a yearly subscriber and donate extra when I can.

I am in awe of your achievements.

This is just wonderful - I follow you on Insta (well my dog Ralph does) and yours is the account I check every day (along with Jimmy Darts) for positive and meaningful content.

Like so many others, I feel so invested in these dogs and the lovely way you share their journeys and stories is like a doggy soap opera I keep having to tune into to.

Thank you Niall for all you and the other Thai dog rescuers do 🙏🏼

Hi Niall, I had a quick look to see if any UK charities were supporting similar causes and found Battersea partnered with another local Thai charity similar to yours. They do fund raising and their aim is similar to sterilise the Thai dogs and help the cause.

Is it worth contacting them to further ramp up the process you are aiming for?

It will also attract more UK awareness of the street dog plight in Thailand.

Well done and thank you for your dedication and kindness to the animals who need it most.

Even though I never miss a day of your Instagram stories, I look forward to the added details you share here. As always, I choke up and feel tears welling as I read and see images of Hope, Tina, little Rodney, the many others including all your "pensioners". Niall, I have enjoyed following you since you first rescued Mr. Derek. I've also gone back to get up to date on the whole story. So inspiring! I will be a supporter both through social media and financially.

I would bet that you are getting lots of media inquiries for interviews and to have camera crews come to The Land for video feature stories. I can imagine it's overwhelming at times, but it would also likely come with additional financial support internationally. I love that your focus remains taking the best care of the dogs, as possible. Don't forget to take care of yourself, as well!
